Our Class Programme

During the next few months we are running a feature section on some of our regular hirers starting with Pippa from Giggle Fit.

Pippa is very self motivated with over 35 years of experience, and has a wealth of qualifications. She has studied and taught all types of fitness, even venturing into bodybuilding and auditioning as the fitness presenter on Good Morning Britain. Her motto for life is 'Adapt, Improvise, Overcome'.

Pippa knows from a personal perspective the benefits of a strong core after fracturing 5 vertebrae in a riding accident in her 30's. She made a total recovery and not only returned to riding but returned to teaching 20+ classes a week.

Pippa now mostly specialises in Pilates and Yoga. Here youngest client is 18 and oldest is 90. If there isn't a move someone can't do she will find one that they can.

Pippa especially enjoys seeing the transformation of people from when they first come to her classes, who may be a little nervous or apprehensive, to genuine enjoyment who then go on to become regular attendees. Pippa teaches six 'pay as you go' classes a week at our hall from Restorative Yoga, for a gentle class that restores both mind and body and a state of peace to Pilates and total Body Conditioning which is a mixture of fitness, resistance work and Pilates. 'Giggle Fit' offer classes that are suitable for any age or ability.

Pippa currently has spaces available for new members to join in on Thursdays, so why not give it a go!

See below for the full list of classes at our Community Hall.
