19th July - Coronavirus measures update
With the end of legal restrictions from 19th July, all community events and activities and private hire will be able to take place with risks managed by hirers this will include adequate ventilation, encouraging social distancing, hand washing and use of sanitiser.
It remains important to respect and be considerate of those who are more vulnerable and who may wish to take a more cautious approach so it will be appropriate at some activities or events that measures (including wearing face masks and social distancing) are taken so that people who are clinically more vulnerable or not yet fully vaccinated can attend.
Pending issuing more detailed guidance, we will continue to maintain Covid secure measures as far as is possible.
The Hall has again been treated by Enviro-Safe 28 against COVID-19.
Curtains are now up thanks to the sewing bees. A great improvement to the acoustics.

NHS Test and Trace 24th September 2020
As part of the Government requirements for NHS Test and Trace process, we are legally required to display a QR code at the Community Hall to help stop the spread of Coronavirus. As a user of the Community Hall, you will be required to give a name, contact phone number as well as date of visit and arrival and departure time. See Home Page for details
Hatha Yoga classes with AlexYoga.
In every class we start from scratch, warming up to lead to a flow of postures. The movements are simple and clearly explained, and you are able to get used to them and progress safely in your own time.
This class is not just for beginners. If you have been doing yoga for a while you will have realised that as much as everyday in your life is different, so is your practise of yoga! Any yoga that you get to do is beneficial to your mind, body and soul. During the class, variations on the asanas (positions) are given so that you can challenge yourself and grow in your practise. We always end with a soothing relaxation, guaranteed to help you face the challenges of life..
£7 pay as you go or £36 for 6 classes pre booked. Spaces are limited. Bring your own mat, blanket and belt (could be a bathrobe belt or a tie).
